With the nights becoming darker earlier, our groups coming to Magdalen are able to experience stargazing across the farm.

Recently, we welcomed Hob Green Primary School to the farm for a week long residential visit thanks to the help of The Ernest Cook Trust and their OWLs programme. The pupils were in awe of the starry night sky during their evening night walk activity.

For most of the pupils this was the first time they had seen stars and planets with their own eyes. The light pollution in the cities masks the views we are able to see in the countryside
