The Magdalen Environmental Trust is a registered charity (number 1002373)

Whether you are a volunteer giving your time, a donor or a self-catering customer hiring our facilities, you are making a tangible and important contribution to the work of the charity.

Here are some of the things you are supporting …

  • Environmental education and outdoor learning for 5,000 people per year, most of them staying on site for an average of 3 days.
  • 3-5 day stays for 400 children living in acute financial disadvantage.
  • 1-3 day stays for 1,400 people, mainly children, living with disability.
  • The gradual transformation of 100 acres of farmland into newly emerging habitats that support an increasing variety and abundance of wildlife.
  • Habitat restoration in the River Axe – one of England’s most important, and most degraded rivers.

Thank you

If you would like to make a donation to the charity, we will shortly have a Just Giving page where you can do so.
